No, they literally would need to have someone (who could be doing something much more profitable) take care of selling the computers, logistics take care of the handling and also on top of that, the computers would be taking space in the warehouse or whatever when something much more profitable for the business could be stored in its place. Also gettiing someone to just get them recycled generally costs money. Getting rid of computers is quite often a losing situation for a business, which is also why a huge majority of companies just lend the computers

Your RAM is faster than my DDR4, but if you find you're hitting max capacity, then sure, get more I guess? As for your 3060 GPU, I was running a 2060 at 1440p60 up until a couple weeks ago. If you play demanding games, I can see how upgrading to a 5060 Ti or a 5070 / Ti might make sense. Otherwise, it's really up to you.

The Meta Quest 2 and 3 seem to be the most ‘common’ VR headsets at a decent price.
Most other VR headsets require you to plug in with a cable or have lower resolution since they’re a lot older.

The best headsets are wired and cost insanely much, like the cost of a GPU.
