If its new, you might need to do the following:

1. Update your bios

Or

2. Play with your ram configuration, if you have 4 slots, put them in the 2nd and 4th slot (starting from the left most slot being slot 1)

Use a single ram stick at first

You could also reset the bios by removing the Cmos battery for 10 seconds, but if you do that, be sure to unplug the pc from the wall and then press the power button to cycle out the remaining power in the capacitors
