I'm reaching out for help regarding a boot issue with a new PC build.

When I power on the system and enter the BIOS, I've configured it to boot from my Windows installation USB. However, the system gets stuck in a boot loop where the monitor signal continuously cuts out and reconnects.

I have noticed that the DRAM error LED on the motherboard is constantly lit (or stays lit), indicating a memory initialization failure.

So far, I have attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

• Reseated the GPU (Graphics Card).
• Reseated both RAM sticks (confirmed they are in the correct Dual Channel slots, A2 and B2).
• Reseated the CPU cooler (to ensure proper contact and avoid thermal issues).
• Cleared the CMOS (resetting BIOS settings to factory defaults).
• Ensured EXPO/XMP is disabled (running RAM at JEDEC/Auto speed).

The issue persists, and the DRAM light remains active.

Hello I was hoping someone could help me with my game freezing problem
Recently ive been playing some games and have had really bad freezing. I understand if I need to turn down some settings but I am really confused on why Elden ring nightreign is freezing so badly that literally more than half the time I'm on 20 fps from freezing. (I have it on Medium settings)
