Total TDP of 385-438 on the CPU and GPU. Depends on factors like which 3080 + "Maximum Turbo" adding 23W TDP to the r5 4500. If it's the lower number, it might be fine actually, especially since you have 576 on 12v. For other components, I'm going to give you a theoretical 125 overhead (IDK u could have a bunch of crap for all I know ), which is 500-563. Cutting it close. But let's see what others say too
