Unused RAM is wasted RAM. With 32GB RAM in my system and around 15 constantly running apps in my system tray, I sit at around 10-12GB "used." Open a web browser and that goes up to 13-14GB "used." (I say "used" because Task Manager does a horrible job reporting how the RAM in your system is being allocated.)
