the list to do is:

-optimise/debloat windows
-change power plan in windows to a good one (i use chris titus' one)
-use process lasso (this also has its own power plan u can use that if u want)
-make sure resize bar is on in bios
-just turn on pbo, not faff with the advanced settings, but dont do it with the mothervoard one, use the amd overclocking section of the bios
-when using process lasso, look into disablind smt, i personally havent but ive heard it can miniumally improve performance
