yeah, a small amount goes a long way, and tbh, you only do a repaste if the temps go suddenly high over 60c at idle when it comes to a cpu usually, though when dealing with am5 cpu's which are thermally designed to be able to run at 95c 24/7/365 you could do a repaste every 2 years if you wanted

For me, it's because:

• Battery life of my phone over time becomes an issue more quickly than normal with bluetooth on.
• Various stupid syncing issues when there's multiple paired devices.
• Latency... Is annoying as hell with audio.
