What I want to do is move all the old data on the 10 TB HDD to the new 22TB HDD so that later on when the new ones are full I can just swap out the old (Ideally unused) 10 TB array.

Does that make sense?

if ur using a non OEM board all the MFGs make a bios update avaliable that switches it to a consumer bios (impossible to revert easily) but that allows you to run other OSes again since you can load MOK keys or disable secure boot fyi

its not like its a "no option to turn it off" for custom built systems but it requires you to do something offically supported but non reversible

on the PRO chipsets when a PRO cpu is present it switches to whats called buisness mode in the bios which forces secure boot to be enabled and loads secure boot keys from the TPM instead of the bios and prevents adding secure boot keys effectively making you only able to boot OSes covered by the Windows 2022 UEFI CA and RHEL Enterprise CA so Windows 11 and paid versions of RHEL
