If you can control the power, they aren't that bad. Running at .8 -1.2ghz they do fairly good for being 200w mobile CPUs.

But that depends on the OEM integration.

But they were affected by the oxidation, so I would avoid unless buying new with warranty.

I have that exact 4080S, it's true. Fans kick on full during even mild games. I limited my TDP down and it still gets really good frames despite being at like 60% TDP. I'll repaste it later, I think. It's a TUF, its not exactly quality

Personally, I limit my i9-12900H to 4.0GHz and it runs at ~65W and has good gaming perf

If you ask the phone to sustain a high level of brightness it will immediately back down aggressively by hundreds of nits.
