analyzing it from a technical point of view, i dont think this type of smooth tracking or level of skills are achievable with 144hz (not mentioning 60hz) monitors. 144hz monitors in comparison to 360hz are extremely sluggish, and i can personally testify it since i had been daily driving one for several years. The only two games i play nowadays are overwatch 2 and valorant and lately i have tried high refreshrate monitors (refreshrate higher than 300hz) and it gives me a huge advantage and boosted my accuracy and tracking compared to my usual stats. Just for a bit information, im a master support/dps in overwatch 2 and most of my GM (grandmasters) friends i had interviewed with shared the same opinion as me, beliving 144hz just sucks in general and should only be a transition for people who just wants a half decent monitor at a cheap price.

i suggest running as fast and far away as you can if you have enough money to ditch your 144hz monitor, it really impacts your gaming performance in first person competitive shooter games and should be avoided if 300hz/320hz/360hz or higher are provided as options.
