So with windows 10 being dead and no im not moving to windows LTSC or doing the Rufus method for windows 11 because it’s not formally supported by MS. I’m planing on building a new computer my current specs is a i7-7700k and a nvidia GTX 1060 6gb I’m looking to spend about 2k to 3k on the whole new system minus perhiperals and monitors as I already have them. I primarily game at 1080p and have no desire at this point in time to move to 1440p or 4K with Australian pricing. Your laptop is not everyone else's laptop. What on earth is going on, I've completely factory reset my PC at this point bc my wifi crashed and disconnected my PC whenever I got into a match, not open the game, a match. Not only that, at random times my PC just restarts without warning. I have no idea how to fix this, why it does this and what can be done. Not true even on my unsupported laptops. I think the lowest-end laptop I have it installed on is a 4th Gen i5 with 8GB RAM and a 500GB SSD. Luckily it at least had TPM and Secure Boot, so the only requirement it didn't meet was the CPU requirement.

My issue is that I don't feel that it is fast enough. I notice in CPU-z App wherea under SPD tab in all 4 rams it says

JEDC #7 - 1066 MHz CL 16 1.20V

This doesn't seem right because my rams MHz suppose to 3600 MHz all across the board. Am I missing something?

Also I am not sure if I have XMP turned on but on CPU-z app says under SPD Ext.: XMP 2.0

I though of getting a 2 - 16 GB (32GB) 4000 Mhz but in the Manual says it accept 4000 MHz (OC) , I am assuming that OC mean with Overclocking on the rams or MOBO?

I want to improved this without Overclocking the Rams or any other parts of the motherboard.

The only 0.00001% time where you actually needed help is because someone broke something so bad that it can't be fixed easily. IE Compiler, driver, system libraries, and etc.

If you have a good grasp of the foundation in programming, you can largely infer a lot of things. And as I mentioned, a lot of production-quality libraries/tools have documentations. And if they have a problem, you basically visit the Github issues and run a search for any issues that are documented. If there aren't any documented issue, you then work on making minimal reproducible bug and report it and let developer address it while you focus on your own project and find a workaround in the meantime knowing that the bug fix might not happen for months or years depending on developer's priority. That just the fact of life.

Large part of how you find answer to programming is basically knowing enough computer science and knowledge how underlying system works that you can piece together what might be the cause. Stack Overflow is basically dead if it haven't already, because barely anyone visit it and even if you do, your question would likely be shutdown by overzealous moderator anyway. That the reputation Stack Overflow is known for.

Also, a lot of developers have been seen using LLM/ChatGPT/Claude for finding answers to common issues in programming nowaday. I personally don't use them, but that's an option.
