Anywho, I'm with @left dove here: you could try a BIOS reset to see if resetting any potentially customized fan profiles / curves to default makes the fans spin again, though this will reset any BIOS settings customized since purchase, including overclocking options.

Alternatively, you can try plugging the fan power cables into another computer's power supply to narrow down whether it's your fans or your power supply.

Also, also... are you certain the fans spun before? Asking because some fan profiles / curves DO NOT spin up the fans until the PC reaches a certain temperature.

Oh yeah it's still strong I compared mine to the 5070 and it was surpsingly close. My only gripe with the 3080ti is the power consumption and cooling.

Even with ptm 7950 and geild thermal pads my gpu would still hit the 70s even the 80s.

well the 3090fe had the wrong thermal pads, once I replaced/upgraded mine, vram dropped from 103c to 76c and the gpu die dropped around 8c
