Did you verify your router is working fine? If it's your computer you can try to figure out why it can't connect to DNS, try running like ipconfig /flushdns. If both WiFi and Ethernet the network adaptor shouldn't be at fault so that suggestion from get help is likely not gonna fix it

my pc was turned off for 4 months now i turned it on, and it was not turning on.i tried to do shorting the front panel power switch connector, didnt work either, i checked the PSU by jumping the 24 pin cable the fan is working. i then put the 24pin back and put the cpu fan pin back then tried the shorting on mobo. still didnt work. what do u guys think the issue here? replaced the cmos battery too. is my MOBO DED?
