eh yeah there was a windows update that caused problems but i think that was just a windows thing and should not affect the bios
there was also a problem with the 990 firmware that could brick the ssd over time (controller thought the flash was dying way faster that it actually did and lock the drive into real only mode once 0% was reached) that could be fixed/prevented with a simple firmware update via samsung magician software

if the ssd passed a health check at microcenter after not beeing detected in you bios then it's likely not the firmware problem 🤔
the only thing i can think of is removing and inserting the drive again and if that doesn't help reset the bios settings

Hey Guys, does anyone know of a way i can make a full backup of my computer. Including my windows 11 OS and all the files on the drive/OS. So that i could keep it on an external hard drive. And if for example my C drive failed i could just copy the external hard drive backup to a new SSD, replace the broken C drive with it, then I'd have my OS and all it's files ready in working order?

9800x3d is better than the 9950x3d due to the 9950x3d having issues with dual ccd's giving you stutters and other latency issues
