As all training should be. Here in Canuckistan, employers also pay for training. Sometimes it's at a lower rate than the actual role, but paying at least minimum wage is legally required in my province. Anything less would be exploitation of workers. Canuckistan also pays for most Internships, save for certain ones that go through the education system.
