I got a free 3060 that seems dead. no video output. not detected in bios. fans and rgb do work tho. no reset switches or cmos. should I drop a few bucks on some tools that lets me reflash the SPI flash chip on the PCB direcetly?

3060 would work totally fine on a 500w psu even under a gaming load provided its plugged in

so basically i was playing battlefield 4 and was on discord till it started freezing then it froze completely and i could still hear my friends in discord. I immediately held the power button till it shut off (the 2 screens went black before) and restarted it and now one monitor isnt showing up at all, 1 is but windows isnt detecting any info like refresh rate and stuff and now my pc is doing a weird fan noise i never heard
