30 series uses a slower engine and doesnt support FG which requisites 40 series at the bare minimum for a decent result. you can bring DLSS3FSR3 FG to 30 series cards however it creates noticible artifacts and jitter, leading to subpar performance result, due to a quantifiable hardware barrier.

136 TFLOPS vs 353 TFLOPS (160% uplift from ampere to ada)

and 5060ti supports ~759 TFLOPS (FP8/FP4) for DLSS4 FG & MFG

for RT, 3080ti has much more RT cores than 5060ti, which yields a better result, however most games that support RT also supports DLSS4 and can be compensated substantially via the AI performance generational uplift and overtake 3080ti.

and the textures are likely still compressed, though not the type of compression you'd normally think of

at DLSS-Q + RR (no FG), 3080ti yields roughly 5-12% better performance than 5060ti in rasterization, and 35%-45% in heavy RT. DLSS-Q + RR + MFG yields ~1.8–3.0× the no-FG FPS, overtaking 3080ti in reported frames at the cost of a higher input latency (experience varies individually for the added latency). Quality wise, keeping MFG to 2X minimizes UI/particle/occlusion artifacts, still worse than 3080ti with only DLSS-Q + RR though, but your milage in actual experience may vary.

Comprehensively, i would recommend 5060ti over 3080ti at the cost of raw performance, a tradeoff for the following:
