How you can turn them off again:

Enter BIOS/UEFI

Reboot, spam DEL or F2 to get in.

Look for these settings (names vary by board, but usually under Advanced > APM Configuration or Advanced > Onboard Devices):

ErP Ready → set to Enabled (S4+S5)

RGB LED Lighting (in sleep/soft off) → set to OFF

Aura/LED power-off → Disabled

Save & reboot.

This should cut standby power to the GPU LED indicators so they won’t glow white when the system is off.
