so ... installed ttc (take command) to give it a go , trial ended and i uninstalled it ,problem is that it overwrote the application that is used to open .bat .com ,.cmd,.ps1 scripts , so when runnig one, i get , but cmd is not in there when i select it from system32 manually i get the next thing :
