all you need to do in OBS is just set it to use nvenc

you were recording with hardware probs h264

if you used nvenc h264 then you are using the nvidia encoder

different voltages different out puts they can do fast charging or slow but also it depends on the intake of the phones battery and the board to much wattage can kill the phone in the long run but 45w is fast charging anything below 30 is slow to normal charging

i use a 100 watt fast charger for mine and i keep a eye on it and charge it to 70% so it has that little head room so its not killing it over time

done that mistake before and learned the hard way

Regardless, practice shows humans do perceive it, and I am sure you'll find a lot of studies done by the TV industry that demonstrates that yes, higher frame rates do result in smoother perceived motion. Otherwise they wouldn't be investing in that tech specifically.
