Today I replaced my pc components and brought it to a repair guy in my neighborhood to change the parts for me. EVERYTHING went good but what I've noticed is that whenever the shop boots the PC from his monitor the splash screen appears, And when I go back home I don't see it. I've also encountered this problem when I wanted to reinstall windows 10. The installation was successful however the whole process ran in no display. my monitor went into sleep mode until Windows finished installing. The first image is the shop's monitor, the other one is mine. My monitor gives me no signal until it boots into windows. Here are my pc specs;

id suggest just get fancontrol, but if you dont want to, then id say adjust them again but make them quieter and make it so they dont ramp up as hard

even if your fan curve is steep af, your cpu shouldnt be heating up enough that the fans spin up hard
