What HDR10 has nothing to do with, is the displays ability to actually display the color, contrast and brightness necessary for a proper HDR image.

the high temps are needed mainly for desoldering the leadless solder they use in the factories (wich require preheating aswell , if the iron is not hot enought the board starts to burn before the solder is liquified , so it needs to be hot enough to melt it quickly

Don't worry about sag, that problem comes from the IO bracket. The bracket feet slots on the case have slop. Stuff a screw or something in there to take about that slop. So long as the board seats you're fine
