Question for over clocking nerds, is it normal to see a variance in clock speeds in task manager vs msi's overlay. I'm running 4.65ghz on my Ryzen 7 5700x. It shows 4.65 in msi, but the task manager never shows that high. On average it's 700-800mhz "slower" in the task manager. I'm definitely getting the 4.65 my temps are higher than the were before the oc. I'm just confused/ unsure of a reason why this would be a thing.
