pull the gpu and below its pcie slot theres a little red and black cable attached to a white connector

very gently unplug that for 15 seconds and unplug the psu and spam the power button

then plug everything back in and try again

also with only 1 stick of working ram in the proper slot

im not sure if the power supply needs to be switched on or off in your case

try off, and after you flip it off, mash the power button a crap ton, then short the pins and try booting agian
