ive tested +400 core +1600 mem on afterburner and it seems stable
420 usually works, 430 works a bit but seems to be the hard ceiling now

but weirdly the only way i can get a passed 3d mark test at +430 is to reduce mem offset

I have a 1080ti which is still fine for most games I play. Recently, it started having lag spikes and the temps started to hit 84 C (very quickly thermal throttling, etc). Repasted thermal paste and now it's chilling at 100% sustained load hitting a max of 70 C(hovers around 64 C at 100%). No more lag spikes!
