I cap at my refresh rate but capping a little over is fine as well, give a little breathing room for the video card to stretch its legs without burning power for placebo frame delivery time gains. If your refresh rate is 120 you can probably stretch it to 160. Even if Cyberpunk doesn't average over 100fps.
