Plug it into a usb port and boot off the usb drive vs windows server 2003? may want to read the docs for said iso. like i said never used it but i assume there is a file explorer within.

afaik, there are pci SCSI controllers, and pcie is backwards compatible with pci (with the right adapters), so, you should theoretically be able to do it with the right hardware
