Specs: r 5 7600, Rx 6800xt, corsair vengeance 16 GB DDR 5 5200mhz single stick, 2xm.2 ssd, 210w tdp decent cooler.

Issue: one day randomly out of no where I found out I am getting low fps and very low 1% lows on my games.

Fortnite valorant gta5.

Tried to diagnose, came to the conclusion of my gpu usage is very low with my cpu usage also being not more than 60%. Gpu usage never goes above 30% and 1000mhz clocks while I use to get 2200mhz+.

Cpu at max clock and less than 65% usage.

Already tried / things I tried to troubleshoot:

*Remove my gpu out of the case and played the games on integrated gpu. Same 1% lows and fps drops.

*remove my Ram from one slot and put it another one(I only have 2 ram slots).no help.

*Run memtest85 found no issue even after 4 rounds.

*Removed all oc, under volts, over clocks, fan curve, etc etc everything. No help. *Used ddu, reinstalled driver's to latest 25.6.1, then downgraded to 25.5.1 and one lower. *Reinstalled complete windows removed everything.

Down clocked my cpu with 25 negative curve optimiser in hopes to find a degraded cpu. No help.

Used crystal disk to find a problem. No issues found. *Updated bios, removed the CMOS battery, changed thermal paste. *Used occt to do stability test, dint crash in anything.
