DDR5-6400 is usually too fast for ryzen 7000/9000 chips. 6000 is a good bet, 6200 will probably work, 6400 will require increased voltages/tweaking, 6600 is generally unobtanium

if you're doing 6000, set FCLK to 2000. 6200 = FCLK 2067. 6400 = FCLK 2133. generally for frequencies near 6000, set fclk to 1/3 mclk

You can use the AIO fans for intake or exhaust. It only depends on your other fan configs. I personally do a top AIO intake, rear exhaust, side panel exhaust and front panel intake. Just balance it out… the difference isn’t going to be nuts on most hardware.
