You don't have to hulk the shit out of it but you need to push the screw in and compress the spring a bit

The first screw is the easiest, the second shouldn't be too bad. Just don't hulk smash it and you won't drive the screw into the motherboard.

The Laptop has to have:

• Windows (major Software I need to use is only on Win)
