PC boot loop after cleaning — need help.
I have an i7-3770 with a GA-B75M-D3H board. After cleaning the PC and reapplying thermal paste, the cooler lifted the CPU and bent one socket pin slightly. I straightened it, reinstalled everything (no GPU, just using integrated graphics), and cleared CMOS. Now the PC turns on for 2 seconds, shuts off, and loops. 24-pin and 8-pin power are connected. Running minimal setup. No display or beeps. Any ideas?

People fuck around on their PCs doing shit that's above their pay grade. They break a bunch of tiny things that they don't notice for a while.

And eventually all the little things they fuck up turn into a mess of windows that runs like shit.

Reinstalling windows completely (NOT a Reset. Resets don't do shit.) fixes all of those problems, and frequently makes a lot of things run better.
