I have a thermalright 360 aio, and all 3 fans are daisy chained together and plugged into the cpu fan spot using a splitter. geesh that's a big difference.. my Radeon RX 9070 XT was running at 70C in demanding games before, I thought that seemed a bit high. I added a bunch of new case fans and now it seems to be running at 55C under the same conditions

get USB stick, google "windows 11 download" go to the first microsoft page, download their bootable media creation tool, follow the steps, remove USB stick when prompted, then turn off new PC, plug in USB stick, turn on new PC, should put you into the windows 11 setup
