I just changed out thermal paste on my Ryzen 9 7950x CPU and after I did I went to test and it was working good then the whole thing crashed now there's no display and no response from keyboard/mouse (doesn't light up)

But the PC does indeed turn on and everything there looks fine doesn't seem to habe any lights lighting up

Not sure what I possibly could've done, maybe done it wrong?? Maybe it overheated or something but it shouldn't have done it that quick
