from earlier: question, newly built pc with seasonic g12 gm850+asus 5070 prime OC, static red light on GPU. Cannot boot PC up either. Using a Y cable with 2x8 to 12pin for the connection part. Have tried unplugging all of these and tried using 6+2 and 8pin cable in it, as well as 2x 6+2 cables. Nothing seems to be fixing it. Read on the internet that the manufacturer Y cables are usually bad, could this be the case however?

update: unplugged all cables, reconnecting them, currently have ATX 24, CPU power+cpu+ram+M.2 connected+AIO to MB. System wont boot at all, no boot-dram-cpu leds, nothing, what could be the case? Nothings powering on however the PSU is clearly giving some kind of power output definitely as way earlier the fans flashed green when plugged in
