buy replacements on ebay/aliexpress or other marketplaces, lubricate the fans (i will make a chatgpt respoonse): lubing fans on your own will require you to make hole from backside of the fans or if that is not an option, push the fan hub which may potentially end up you snapping some blades if they’re brittle or you’re not careful and can cause internal damage due to the pole being designed to not go out usually, also you’ll need a proper oil, not some oil that you use for home shelf hinges
you could also tune down the fans in software

woled tends to have better peak brightnesses than qd oleds and no purple tint under intense ambient lightning unlike qd-oled (this may not apply to every panel), otherwise modern qdoleds are pretty much better at every other aspect
lg’s woled is still good though

and under certain circumstances woled may last a bit longer without major burn in vs qd oled
