SFC found issues and successfully repaired them. Usually a reboot locks the fixes into place. However, I’ve seen computers go for years that need sfc fixes. It doesn’t necessarily translate to anything “broken” on the system.
For example, at work, sfc often finds and fails to fix issues. After reviewing the logs, it can’t find a jpg picture included in an AMD driver. Utterly useless issue and doesn’t affect anything.

take out a ram stick and try booting again, keep doing this, if it still happens on one stick, put the rest back in but keep the allegedly faulty one out, likewise if removing one makes it magiclly boot try putting it back in and boot
