Manli's card doesn't have an external power connector. The pins are there because the card can handle pulling more than the design power draw if it's overclocked. Since yours doesn't have it, TDP is 75w, which is the same as the power the PCI-E slot can deliver, overclocking is not recommended.

Well, the drives are backwards compatible but it'll only run at the speed your old drive ran at, which i'm assuming was gen 3
