If you are worried about cooling just compare the heatsinks between the cards and you will see they are basically the same

id highly suggest cl30
black highlight is what is usually in an xmp 6000 cl30, yellow highlight is manually tuned
tighter timings are important enough that a tuned 5200mhz ram with very low later timings can match 6000 cl30 xmp (which have looser timings bc they have to be mass produced)
u can see the same 6000mhz progress from cl40>better cl40> cl30>better cl30> tuned cl30 build up to like +22% fps overall on just improving the timings alone
tho u probably wont notice this unless u have a 4090 lol
