Ouf. Welp, first thing I'd recommend is bypassing these adapters, plugging your PC directly into your modem / router, even if you have to temporarily move things around. This will let you eliminate the "G.hn" adapters (or the lines they connect to) as being the root cause.

Network troubleshooting is more or less changing ONE variable at a time until you find the problem.
