ok... usually when people want to or just sit like that, it's a a sign that the muscles of your upper back/escapula are getting weaker or just out of enought tenacity for the time you want to spend seated. There's a good chance that you'll change to that chair and for up to 6 months - 2years you'll start sitting like that all the time... which will transfer your center of mass in a way that will overwork your lumbar and coccyx

it's a good one but try to avoid chairs that have this "decayin" on their seat. Your knees should always be above your waist line when you sitting... the closest you get to sitting like "squatting" is what you should aim for... I know it's counter intuitive, but since you're from turkey it'll be easier to understand that istting like a L is way more related to a cultural european thing that actual science and knowledge about the human body

not saying that this position isn't free of damage... we're not supposed to stay in the same position for more than 6h. But car drivers who adjust their seat properly complains way less of back dmg and have a healthier spine compared to "office workers". Besides getting closer to the "squatting position" (which is the actual and natural resting positions for most apes) they get "tucked" into that positions, making your whole body doing little to no force to keep it that way.

question for you all does anyone have experience with the 13900k I've just done the recent bios update it was updated from a bios in Jan 2023 i tried that as i was sick and tired of the CPU getting to 90c all the time during gameplay after the update its helped a little bit by bringing it down to 85c.

i have a non overclocked i9 13900k with a 360 mm rad placed at the top of the case i haven't undervolted yet as i haven't looked into it much nor have much of an idea on how to do it idle temps sit around the 40-45c.

has anyone got any suggestions or do i need to undervolt.
