The reason I went with my 285K was mostly for stuff like CAD workloads. Though yeah Core Ultra 200 is really not a good choice if gaming is the top priority

Can't promise you the fans are not loud on that cooler but I can't promise that for the single tower one either. So since the CPU will be lower temps with the dualtower one the fans would also spin slower making it quieter if we presume both coolers have the same noise level fans

It's not a good idea to mix ram for another reason: Timings. They probably are different, which adds more to slowness.
