Depends on the cooler. ROG Coolers do a solid work but having better thermal pads is definitely a solid choice besides the already good stock cooling

I’ve bought new 32gb (16x2) ddr5 6000 Corsair vengeance ram I’ve put it in the 2 slots I have taken out my only 1 stick 16gb ddr5 adata lancer ram that I had in one slot. So my computer is rly laggy. Basically when I do something like switch tabs in chrome, a small part of the screen will switch and respond when I do things like scroll but the other part will be frozen for like 5 seconds before switching and becoming responsive. This also happens when doing things as simple as scrolling down a page. Also, weird stuff like my games freezing after I tab out and then back in, but then working again when I tab out and then back in a second time, plus random things like steamwebhelper not responding. My pc is plenty powerful with a 9900x, 32gb of ram, and I’m not even using half of my storage… (I’m using an rx 6600 rn while I wait for the 9070 XTs to come back in stock, but that should be plenty for chrome). Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

i’d try -20-25 as floppa said and then tune each core individually if you want more efficiency

most of the time there are one or two weak cores that just won’t do over -20

also, i’d suggest stress testing the cpu, games may not cut it
