I would, but it's up to you. It'll have much less effect on X3D chips because the cache helps fix that anyway. I'd recommend it if you can.

also note; there are tons more to consider than just CL, you can find the timings table in the BIOS which starts with CL and lists maybe 40 more parameters 😅. You can overclock it if you'd like (eg. I've overclocked my CL32 sticks to CL30 and it works).

the Intel B580 is a GPU, sorry for the confusion. The B580 might require a little bit of driver fiddling, though, so if you want a simpler experience you might go AMD RX7600... I'm not sure if there are any Nvidia GPUs that are less than $400 these days 😅

they don't have any affect at all, they're just slightly cheaper. I would recommend getting one with an iGPU, it's very useful for debugging and you can set your web browser to use it while you game. Also, Intel iGPUs are very good for video editing (as are their GPUs. FYI; the intel iGPU used in the 12th to 14th gen is equal to an Arc A310)

yep 😎 this is on my desktop. You can also put the monitor cable through the motherboard which will offload Windows to the iGPU, but it will cause stutters as games will need to be copied over, so I don't recommend it unless you really need that last little bit of VRAM. Also it will mess up any monitor overclocking settings.

mobo is sent through smbus and is incredibly hard to unplug, just define zones right. Fan controller is actually NOT EVEN SYNCED with mobo rgb and wont be showing up as defined mobo zones
