I have to use shutdown for now until I can get sleep to work properly in Kubuntu, but it takes less than a minute and resumes my session (kind of)

The thing that truly frustrates me about these problems is that they drive away normies. You shouldn't have to be stubborn and a fast learner like me just to use an OS. It's not a skill issue, it's a software issue.

Then again, do factor in between CMR and SMR drives.

CMR drives tend to keep the speed relatively constant across the board, even if you were to hit close to full capacity.

SMR drives slow down as you get closer to full capacity.

An example is if you were transferring a 3.2TB file into a 4TB, CMR drives will keep that speed relatively constant whereas SMR will go from full down to about 60-70% of its current speed.

Anyone know how to boot from another ssd? There's 2 options 1 of then takes me to this (what the pic shows) the other reboots to w10 whoch is what I just wiped and reinstalled, but before I wiped I had w11 on one ssd and w10 on the other

So unless I got rid of both somehow, but the drive that's supposed to have w11 hasn't been wiped so it should still be bootable
