Edit: For anyone who finds this post later, the issue was not at all memory related. A loose pin on the CPU Cooler PWM plug was causing the AIO pump not to run and as a result the CPU was overheating and the system was shutting down. The pause at the memory init was just long enough to let it overheat and shutdown i guess.

Hey so I have a gaming laptop (I know, flame me all you want) and I am having some CPU temp issues

when playing Helldivers 2 my gpu usage goes to 100% and it settles at around 80 C
my cpu (i9 13900H) however is around 50% usage but goes to 95-100C

my gpu also doesnt consume the full 70W TDP it has and i believe its underperforming because of the cpu being throttled and this has also caused my fps to stay around 40 during heavy gameplay

what should i do to solve this issue?

Well theres a monitor that can do both 240hz 4k and 1080p 480hz but theres also just a monitor that is 1440p 480hz oled.
