hey I need some help with my laptop, it stutters in almost every decent game and the temp rockets to 90+ pretty quick. the internals and fans are clean and I have just replaced the thermal paste and it was done properly too. its a ryzen 9 5900hx laptop with 3060. whenever it stutters I have noticed that the cpu frequency drops super low like 0.8 or 0,4 ghz

It has 2 safety systems, that temporary power cut, and also just straight-up shutting down. It tends to do the former in Desktop Mode where there are no power profiles, and the latter in Gaming Mode, where the power profile is often locked by the Game Mode settings.
