Ive built my pc a few years ago. I also have upgraded many times over the years and feel ive built a pretty decent gaming rig that can do about everything i need. However Im starting to notice limitations on the 3070 I have when it comes to the Vram on certain games. Mind you I prefer my games to look good and still get decent fps so i run most games at High to ultra depending on the title with RTX off cause most the games i play i dont feel utilize the settings enough to justify the fps drop i get. I also know the 3070 wasnt the bees needs for Ray tracing but it does still work. My issue i have is the 8gb of vram is just not enough on some of the new titles coming out and even in normal games like COD or Forza i know im stetching the gpus legs and either hitting the ram limit and i have to lower settings to play at decent frame rate or just suffer with the ram maxing out my system is a 7900X with 32gb ddr5 6000mhz cl 30 with a EVGA FTW 3070 and my problem is i dont really want to go away from EVGA and cant justify a 4070ti when the performance up lift just isnt enough for me to go to a different brand say ASUS or MSI. Would i be better off switching to AMD with a 7800/7900 maybe or wait for the new 8000 series from them or go for the 5070ti. Or even maybe staying in the 30 series and get a 3080ti or even 3090 I don't play 4k enough to really justify the 3090 but im curious to see if anyone has any input of advice thank you sorry for long message. Also I mainly play at 2k res no HDR on unles the game has it

Since nobody answered this, they didn't get rid of PhysX entirely. What they did was get rid of support for the older 32-bit PhysX libraries for running on 50 series gpus. They can now only run the 64-bit libraries while 32-bit will be moved to cpu-only.
Though this is just for 50 series, so if you need the 32-bit support for older games, you can just like... Stay on previous cards with driver versions that retain that support.

SignalRGB actually manages to work but I don't like the way colors set. There is a setting called "luminescence" and it ends up affecting brightness. I don't want to have to go into the color grid and make sure that it's not dimming the LEDs to reach a certain color. Is there a setting I can change or some kind of alternative?

Hi guys, 1 need some help understanding 8 pin cpu connectors and 6 pin pcie gpu connectors, i remember seeing the server upgrade LInus video, where he just plugs them but of course he doesn´t reccomend it, and HERE is why i need to know, im going to use some powerfull fans for my pc, but SATA fan hub just powers up to 5Amps, so its not enough for me, i have this 6 pin adapter for the aditional fans, but my hungry gpu already uses the 3 pcie connectors that the psu has, i have available just 1 cpu 8 pin connector for powering this fan controller, but i dont know if theres a substantial difference between the cpu and pcie connectors, already tried it and it fits, but i need help understanding it before i make a mistake (:
