with a Vega 56 or 64, you need to benchmark as much as possible!

these cards have very strange voltage regulators and frequency systems, and sometimes more frequency will slow it down!!!

I suggest leaving the core at its stock settings and just increasing the VRAM speed. on my RX Vega 64, I got peak performance by increasing the VRAM freq to 1010MHz and leaving the core alone!

I'm not sure that, outside certain AAA games, required RT will ever be a universal thing. A lot of games are fine with raster, especially if they aren't going for Nvidia-tech-demo levels of realistic graphics.

ive been playing Indiana Jones with Full RT on a 4070 ti super, performance is 60fps at native in most places, others like the Vatican i get 40... Hogwarts Legacy i can barely get 40fps outside the castle. And this is 1080p, so that it looks better unless I'm pixel peeking I'm not noticing much of a difference.
