mobile on desktop is a different thing than wiring a cpu for a completely different memory bus architecture. Not only is the bus width with ddr5 higher, there are physically more pins, more channels, etc etc. Also ddr5 has different operating voltages & power regulation specs. There are so many fixed variables in what you're describing that it literally just is not going to be a thing

Simplest way for home users to test ethernet is to plug a device into the wall socket in the room, and then plug the other end into a router / network switch. Otherwise, you need an ethernet testing device.
