Well you can run it at its rated speeds but you would need to know what 1 you need to set

its to do with the architecture of ddr5, its usually dual rank for each stick, and boards only really like double dual rank, so when 4 sticks that are dual rank, its like using 8 channels , and the cpu DOES NOT like that and can cause instability and much lower speeds
